Finding Out We were Pregnant

Here is a picture of our Positive Pregnancy Test:)

So on May 2, 2008 we found out we were pregnant and we were so thrilled!! I had had a busy week. I had been in Calgary shooting a stampede commercial then in Vancouver filming and episode of Stargate Atlantis, we also had new carpet and flooring put into our apartment so things were a little crazy. I was 1 day late for my cycle and thought "well I have a left over test I'll try it" so I did and I got 2 lines!! Now they were faint so of course I was like it's not true, it's an old test, the line is faint so it can't be right, so my first instinct was to call Angel. He was surprised I was calling as I usually don't call him at 6:30 a.m. I told him I took the test and that it had 2 lines but 1 was faint "what should I do?" he said to go to walmart and get another test to try, now that was a good idea except we only had 1 vehicle and he had it at work, or so I thought. He told me then that he had gotten a ride to work because for some reason he thought I might need the truck, crazy that has never happened before, so off to walmart I go. I get there now please keep in mind my legs are killing me I had spent the previous days on set as part of a human Whack-a-mole set for a stampede commercial to i had been crouching and pulling my self up and down for about 6 hours, my legs hurt. So i waddled, literally, into wal-mart and got 2 digital tests, these suckers say PREGNANT or NOT PREGNANT so I figured I couldn't go wrong. Went home, after getting a very large orange juice in the hopes of being able to go pee again as soon as I got home, and took the test again and it was positive!!! I took the other digital one and then the last 2 lined 1 I had in the box so in total 4 test were taken, all saying we were pregnant!!! I called Angel and he was so excited as was everyone he worked with as all I heard were cheers and yelling when he said "it said pregnant?" We immediately called everyone we knew and everyone was so excited!! Just a little side note I picked Angel up a little early from work as he was so excited and brought him the test to show him, it was then I realized that it might be a little weird to be carrying around 4 sticks with my pee on them:)
